CK公寓最初是一个用于出租的房地产投资项目，但很快就成了我们客户的个人项目，他决定离开巴里来到了里斯本。这里是一片宁静的天堂，位于繁华的自由大道附近。

这栋建筑建于19世纪末，是里斯本典型的户型：公寓建在一个狭窄的纵深地块上，内部有多个分区，一条狭长阴暗的走廊位于主立面和后立面的房间之间。

入口空间原本十分狭窄，走廊的拓宽为入口提供了一个壁龛，将室内流线转变为一条单一、流动且连续的空间，并将厨房整合在一起，同时将两侧立面宽敞而通透地连接在一起。这种操作所需的结构加固支柱矗立在厨房中，成为不锈钢中央台面设计的标志要素。

正临街立面是主卧室和办公室，中间是卫生间。在建筑后部，厨房和次卧直接与横跨室内外的起居空间相连。

由于采用了不同的施工逻辑,即钢结构，建筑后部的扩建部分在建成后，拥有了向露台敞开的大开间，露台边界也重新设计了绿植。
